Body Doubling is a concentration tool that works very simply: when you have to do something, you have another person “in the room” doing their own thing too, to help you motivate yourself. For example, right now I’m writing this post while on video call with a friend, who is simply doing a puzzle and drinking tea, not even interacting much. My brain loves it and I maybe your brains will love it too. ^^
The plan is to meet virtually via zoom once a week, to do our art practice together.
We don’t have to do all the same thing, I won’t teach anything or show demos, but I’ll be available for advice if you need it in your process.
No social performance is required, usually I just check in with everybody at the beginning to share what we plan to do and then I put some background music to keep us company. Just an informal virtual space of art practice. <3
I set up a recurring meeting on zoom for it, every Wednesday, from 16:00 to 18:00 CET/GMT+1
